Welcome to Prashn Shastra ("Application", "Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using this Application, you (the "User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to ALL of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this Service.

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Predictions are based on Vedic astrology principles and AI interpretation, which are NOT scientifically proven.
We make ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any prediction or guidance.
You must NOT rely solely on any astrological guidance for important life decisions.
Any remedies, suggestions, mantras, gemstones, or recommendations are provided in good faith with NO guarantee of effectiveness.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using this Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the application.

- Your registration details cannot be verified.
- Your conduct may expose us to legal liability.
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the application with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

Information Technology Act, 2000
Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Indian Contract Act, 1872

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prashn Shastra regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
